Using graphstudionext is indispensable for making sure you have things running correctly.

awesome thanks Ken!! i had MPC-HC running good, but i didnt like losing all the internal options... so DSPlayer will still access FFDShow so SVP will activate?

Yes, it's been activating it fine. My xml is using avsplitter, but to tell you the truth, I go back and forth between that and lavsplitter. I use MPC-HC also and I agree - I wish there were overlays to access options on a big screen. I'm a little near sighted and reading standard size text in windows at 1920 x 1080 from my couch results in me squinting to the point that I'm going to get wrinkles...

what do you think is the main difference between the two splitters?

do you find a major difference in picture quality using DSPlayer with SVP/ReClock vs MPC-HC with MadVR using SVP/ReCLock?
