Fresh XBMCBuntu install, it loads into XBMC perfect.. I can add movies etc, upon first reboot even if I don't touch anything, it throws me to the command prompt, startx gives me initx: connection to x server lost.


What do I do or where do I begin to troubleshoot


My old XBMC install works, so I tried copying that xorg.conf to this new install, didn't work... what next?

I got it to work for a few reboots, then it stopped again

Seeing my old xorg.conf that used to work fine, i tried to put in some similar parameters.... It did get it to work for a bit, but now it stopped again, but I have no idea what I'm doing :0
