I don't back up all my movies, only the ones I expect to watch again, which is about 40% at most. This saves backup drive space.

I decide what to back up after watching. A feature that would copy my movie folder to a specified backup drive/folder on demand would be great. Just a simple selection in the movie or video menu, and then a flag to show what has been selected for backup. Too specialized maybe?

Very specialized I'd say. This is something that a quick python add on would and should be able to handle.
