Can you help me please with this problem.
My Windows 8 / Frodo setup works fine, except for the following situation:

Some files (made with Handbrake as in the log example) refuse to play and the "busy" icon spins and never stops. I have to use Task Manager to kill XBMC.

Now, the same file, when copied to another location usually works fine.
Windows Properties reports all is fine (I can see the correct properties of the file: length, bit rate, proportions etc) and I have checked the disc drive for errors.

Does the log file suggest anything?
Is there any other information I can provide? Sorry if I've missed anything, as is this is my first call for help!

I love XBMC btw and would love to get this sorted!

I don't know if this helps with any diagnosis, but I have rolled back to Eden and all is good now.
I'd love to work this problem out and use Frodo, so any help would be appreciated.

I've just tried 12.1 and have had exactly the same problem. Reverted back to Eden.
Any ideas ?
