I think that I discovered the following "bug", as I don't see where it could be configuration related:
- When I change the volume through webservice (or XBMC Remote for WP8 that uses the same API) it changes the volume of XBMC internaly instead of changing it on my Onkyo through CEC.
When I do change the volume with the MCE Remote or my diNovo Edge it works as expected, through the CEC.
It is like if the volume management would not go through the same "path" depending on if it comes from the webservice or keyboards/remote.
Here is my configuration:
- Home made HTPC built on a G620
- Pulse8 CEC-USB adapter
- Onkyo Home Cinema
