For some reason my tv shows are showing up as duplicates. I tried deleting / cleaning the library but the duplicate exists. Also shows still show up under the tv shows section
Not sure what else I can do besides resetting my entire profile

Check the episode and show information, you should see a path for each duplicate, bet the path is different. If it's different, then you need to kill one of the sources, a clean after this should clean-up the library.

I deleted the source. The information remains even after cleaning. And directory info hasn't changed. Nothing really changed on the server.
