Hi, I changed some file's name and now I have doubles. I launch the clean library option but after it completes, the doubles are still there. It used to work fine but now I have no clue why it doesn't work.

The key words here are "I changed some file's name"? So you changed a name of a video inside XBMC with the context rename or you changed one of the operational XBMC files outside of the program with an O/S manager? Using the context menu on the doubles will tell you pathing, sounds like you may have the same source duplicated in some fashion. A proper debug should unveil the issue in your log.
