I have a chromebox with OpenElec and I just happened to have RAM laying around so I put 8GB in there. OpenElec won't use hardly any of it, would installing Ubuntu then Kodi result in a config that could or would use more of the memory?
(If not then I think I will just keep it simple and stick with OpenElec.)
