Thanks and yeah it's because of the way that the new tab sounds are made, I will add an option in the settings to disable it in the next update.
The only way that you can have tab sounds is to create a hidden dialog that gets activated and closed on each tab. Then adding the dialog id in to the sounds.
In the xml there is a sound assigned to the left/right command and the window, that's why they both play at once.
I have also just found out a new way of getting gamerpics from the Xbox One
The next update should now include around 400 new gamerpics!!
