anonomys209 : Sure I will try and add an option to have the spinning wheel instead in the next update (Same as Xbox One)
As for the splash screen on the game pins, I don't think that this would be possible as XBMC manages what happens when you click on them. I will take a look in to it when I get home and see if it's possible. It may be possible with something like:

I'm glad everyone is liking the Xbox One OSD because I have added this in to the skin yesterday
I have also added in some more new features such as Network speed tests:
You can test your connection speed to the Xbox server, (Will display seconds taken to connect)
You can pick a different server to test your connection on, (Will display seconds taken to connect)
You can turn your internet on/off (Windows Only)
You can find more detailed information about your connection,
You can refresh your connection.
I have also improved & added a few more things that I will list when the update is ready.
There's something like a 2 second delay but that's just a problem with XBMC. The reason the big pin works fine is because the button is created by me and i can manage what happens when you click on it, XBMC manages what happens when you click on pins. I have also removed that annoying bar dialog and replaced it with the Xbox One loading wheel.
