I have installed XBMCbuntu Frodo 12.0 on an old Dell Inspiron 1525 (intel core 2 duo, 2GB ram, no graphic card) and connected it to my SONY BRAVIA HDTV via HDMI. The problem is that when I ran windows with the same setup, I was able to use windows at 1080p on the TV. But when I use XBMCbuntu, it's resolution is 1024X768 and if I try to increase it, the screen shifts to top left and the display is not completely visible.
Kindly advice.
