only thing i have problem with is watching the steeler games sometimes like last week ustvnow was acting up a little bit and so was my free cbs channel i get. dish network has a pack for 29.99 a month 1st year 49.99 a month 2nd year.. if i can watch my steeler games in hd and the wife can watch new shows as they air in hd for that price i can live with it as long as i can get them too work in ptvl lol. if i cant get them to work in ptvl tho it's a no go.
btw i did have my xbmc setup pretty much they way i wanted it then some dev's on other sites decided to start fighting with each other and messing with each others plugins so i had to redo my whole xbmc setup then they did it again lol
i think i may be banned from both those sites now lol
Are you talking about the hub / talk debacle? it's not that bad...
I use sportsdevil for my sunday games... I also setup mylibrary to scrape it every sunday @ noon and put the strms into an easy list... I hate missing kickoff fumbling around to find a good feed.
As for wife friendly... I have it down to a button for her... I remapped the "last" button on our remote and setup a tivo like screen that loads playlists including new hulu and new downloads... by month and week.
One click brings up new this week, another brings new this month.. then it's a matter of making or finding a skin view that she likes...
Hell on the whole wife thing... why do you think I'm trying to make PTV better
I hope one day to make it just as good as a cable box...
