Hi Luna
Sorry for late reply - schedule is upside down these days.
Bear in mind, I've not built any channels from local content, just viewing online sources. Come to think of it, most are from youtube. Could that be a cause for no CUB (Coming Up Box) ?
If YT is not a possible cause, then I will create a log for this behaviour - just say the word.
CODECINFO (wiki entry) was the message sent to the fingers, pardon the confusion.
Mentioned previously here and here and here, I use this feature all the time. Really. Perhaps obsessively. I'm curious about exactly what source format is coming in, and what xbmc & my video processor are doing with it before it hits the screen. Sometimes get scolded for tinkering while a show is running .
I'm not sure who is "in control" while a video is playing - xbmc or PTVL - but if it's xbmc, then what is preventing the request (either "Guide" button on remote, or "O" keyboard command) from getting through ? Will this ever be possible ?
Here is a log of "No response to GUIDE button". Launched PTVL/ pressed GUIDE button (3x) - no response/ Exit PTVL (using green Windows button)/ reboot to close log.
Thanks for checking.
