Added original Pseudotv skin support, ie when selected it acts in the same manner as pseudotv, meaning if the enable xbmc skin supports pseudotv it will use that skin, else it will use a matching local skin if one is found.
For skinners there are a number of changes, I updated the DOCS located in the default skin...
