i am trying to set up the EPG for DBV-T.

this is a brand new installation with all the prerequisites.
when i put the URL in VLC i can see the channel just fine.
but when i start PTVL i get:
Updating Channel 22
waiting for file lock.
any idea?
Log? does '22' point to a channel id in an xmltv file?
