Help! I cannot figure out how to make the community network playlists autotune.

There is no option to enable it... I've mentioned before that it was left unfinished and was pending activity in the community list...

At the pace its going the community list will be a failed feature...

Channels, addons and Channel Networks work fine... yet I'm the only one adding Network channels...

Do channel logos not work for plugin channels? I have logos I want to use for the Vevo tv channels. I named one of the image files "VEVOTV - HITS" and it's not pulling in. My regular channel logos work fine.

edit: nevermind. It was a jpg. Switched to png and works fine.

Some of the channel networks are a pain to be honest. When an entire youtube channel gets integrated you get a whole bunch of clips and extreme low quality junk. Take the Kids 1 generated channel......http://www.youtube.com/user/Iazytown/videos Not sure if this is supposed to keep kids guessing whats coming on next or give them ADD. If this was intended, I don't part of it, and feel free to shut it down. Maybe im a bit of a stickler when it comes to quality, but if the shows don't flow well.... I can't see too many people using it.

Its a Community list, use your judgment and edit... as long as you document why you're removing something it's no big deal.

I've tried it with custom playlists and with Network Channels.

well it works, i've tested it with all chtypes.
You need to make sure you are building it correctly...

for example if you want channel 1 and 2 interleave you don't create channel 3 with the interleaving rules.

You do go into channel 2's advanced settings and interleave channel 1, making sure to double check that indeed all values are entered, despite what it appears to say, you need to open each one anyway...
and don't hit backspace to exit while in a selected values box, this will delete the settings...

once you agree to save, everything should work...

I tried that, and STILL nothing. So, I decided to make screencasts showing what I did. Give them a watch (I recorded them incorrectly, so they are very fast, but you can still see what i'm doing) and maybe you can help me see what I'm doing wrong? Thank you for putting up with my annoyances!

Copied your ustvnow free settings code to my settings2.xml and when its done loading the channels i get a black screen until i have to force quit.

I will have try that again. Last time I deleted the settings2.xml and used autotune to try and compile ustvnow channels. I checked USTVnow in the autotune settings, but when the channel list was created no ustvnow channels were added, it only showed my local media. It didn't even pull in the original youtube channels from that addon either.

Is there an option to get rid of the new "changing channels" image that was added? Or possible change the image used? The fade-in option I like, but after a day or so now on the latest version, that screen is starting to get a little annoying.

The playlist rarely gets updated and more than half the links are dead. There are only certain people dedicated enough to continue to grind out content for the community. Everyone else is A.) Lazy B.) Busy C.) Don't Care D.) Liked to help, don't know how to, and is too afraid to ask.

which is why I don't put priority into completing or upgrading the feature...

If I see a least some life, between you, bry and some other users, I'll close it to contributors.

I don't remember who asked for the Pseudo "Pluto.tv" type network, but I added it (Youtube Channel network)... and nobody is using it.
