it's one of the ways PseudoTV keeps track of channels that need updating...

True would tell PseudoTV that the channel may need updating.

it seems that in the new version, if it has issues to access the XBMC DB it will provide empty playlists.

i ran the channel build 3 times, each time different channels got with no media, only 1 or 2 and some got all the media

i'm not even going to look! instead of flooding the thread with your log, post a link to it...

are you force channel resetting after adding a channel or changing BCT settings?

because bct's won't add to playlist until a new m3u is created. and new m3u's are either made if force channel reset, or if the channel grows old and PTVL needs to add new media.
I'll add code to help bct's get added without a reset.

Yes, doing channel reset everytime after I make changes to settings.
But I'm happy to live with the work-around for this that I made.

I'd like you to send me the setting2 configuration for the bct channel that doesn't work, and it's xsp playlist.
