There is no dependency called CommonFunctions. I downloaded all dependencies from the links in the first post, unzipped them and manually copied them to the addons folder then started XBMC.
Facepalm time--I thought that was a dependency, but it turns out I was thinking of script.module.common--my apologies!!!
It appears that the only think I can find about CommonFunctions is that it is (apparently) from ParseDOM...more here.
