nobody makes you select the auto tuning options... just ignore the ones you know don't work for you.
Any decently powered system should breeze through autotune, just don't go crazy selecting everything if you are running a low power system.
Using aftv and a brand new mac, I don't think those are low powered systems, I'm having the same problem in all of them,
aftv is low powered... its an arm processor, don't get me wrong it's fast for what it is... but it's no intel core duo... which I think is a reasonable minimum for xbmc and ptvl

So talk to the dev and or disable the add-ons that are obviously causing problems.
Yeah , I just disable them, but I'm sure that's the reason so many newbies have so many problems with this addon, I mean it's the best but some if some body contribute to the auto tune with an addon or channel in the community list that does not work it creates problems
How? where is the problem? all it takes is that user to be a part of the community and remove the offending plugin!
BTW just because it parses slow for you doesn't mean its slow for others. I think its best for you to avoid autotune and manually build channels that you know work for you. There is no magic code I could write that will tell PTVL that a certain plugin won't work well for your particular setup...

Thank you,
This is the best addon for xbmc, my wife loves that fact that she can now watch all here favourite shows from within one program. bye bye cable..
It's not supported, You can ask Kickin to make the changes that are required...
