No other settings were changed between the two images other than upgrading PseudoTV Live to the latest version. Did you check your settings? everytime you update you should always check your settings for changes...
Since the answer is crazy obvious, i'll let you explore the settings and find the solution

The last version didn't require specifying a specific logo folder, just checking the logo and having the logos in the following directory on openelec '\storage\.xbmc\userdata\addon_data\script.pseduotv.live\logos'. The problem though is on openelec selecting the root folder and going \storage the \.xbmc folder is hidden and you do not have access the folder going through the directory structure (unsure how to make it un-hidden). So you either need to move your logos to a folder that isn't a hidden folder, or you can access that folder on the openelec machine via smb and then you can reach the folder like it is a shared folder.
