hello everyone,

Just after the update, I can't load PseudoTV Live anymore, i get a 'script failed' error. Also, when I try to load it again, it tells me that it's already running. I re-installed it as well but that didn't help.

Try recreating your settings2.xml file. I had the same problem, but I recreated my settings2.xml and it loaded properly. My guess is that it doesn't like old directory channels anymore, but honestly I didn't play with it to long, I just started recreating channels with the new configuration GUI. I did copy my USTVNOW channels over no problem, but that is all I took from my previous one, everything else I'm starting fresh again and it is working.

How can I edit that file on a Fire TV? i'm not too xbmc savvy...

So I deleted PTVL and all it's dependencies (along with any related folders in /userdata/addondata). Re-installed via the repo within Kodi and I still get the really long delay building channels (20+ minutes this time and it didn't evenbuild a lot the channels for some reason). I still get the bad lag when changing channels and that does appear to be because of the artwork spooler. If I let it sit long enough the response gets better, but it's pretty much unusable every time I start PTVL.

I'm not sure why that is happening. I've had this all setup this way for years now and never had problems before. Hopefully something here sheds some light.

I only see one error in your log, and ... it's new to me... I think something in xbmc's api changed in helix... I made the corrections, fix in next update...

The one thing i feel the Channel Manager is missing now is the ability to re-arrange the channels. If i want to replace channel 4 with channel 8 i have to delete and recreate them. While no huge thing it would be nice in a future update.

To delete it and generate a new one. I believe that mine is corrupted because of my 'script failed' error as well as not being able to manage my channels.

You could just make sure "reserver channels 501-999 for autotune" is NOT ticket in settings, and autotune with like 1 option ticket. that recreates your settings2.xml. I doubt its corrupted tho, but try that.

Is there any restriction regarding plugin channel type? I tried different video addons as source but none worked so far - PTVL always gets stucked updating the channels while parsing the addon ("Updating channel x, building pluginTV, parsing <addon_name>").
