Channel type 15 works for me.What's the issue ?PLTV can't even create the channel?Maybe it's your plugin the issue.I also can't create channels from plugings that contain non english characters.
As for channel type 17,remind me what it stands for.

all the plugins im using used to work in earlier version, i didnt create any new channel, all from donor list,
PSTL cannot even create those channels, if im starting a new settings2 file with only 1 channel im getting "unable to scrape" or somthing like this message...

chtype 17 is like multi youtube playlists made from donor lists
