I use one plugin called "Hellenic TV" by Lambda.
The plugin contains folders,most of them with greek names and some with english names.

configuration with english names,works fine

configuration with a greek name at the end can't be parsed

I have the same problem with hebrew, but it never worked before.
I have a script that deletes the hebrew translation from a certain plugin folder whenever it updates,
My problem earlier was that i didnt changed the path after switching from xbmc to kodi.

plugin and configuration?

about the chtype 15, the plugin is banned from this thread, but i think that any plugin that have translation will not work...
about chtype 17, here is config for example that doesnt work:
