Random shows and movies ending before they should. Sometimes 30 seconds after it starts, sometimes with a lot of time left in the program. Can someone help me? It happened near 8:40 pm in the log.

It appears you added new print entries into the log? you will need to give me more details.... what I need from you is a specific block of shows this happens to... the m3u for the channel and the log.

Follow these steps:

Force channel reset (don't skip), play ptvl, when a show cuts off again, write down the file, show, channel. Stop ptvl and send me your log and m3u for that channel... Thanks

I think I understand but not sure what you mean added new print entries. I will certainly try that when I get home. One show that cut out was its always sunny.

Could you elaborate on the m3u part? Where might I find it, is that something that is generated when I create a channel? I'm very much a 5 year old at this

I have no problem supporting THIS or any other project. I even donated to you. However, you don't seem to have much interest in "support" from people. If people tell you that the plug-in isnt working, or that it does not work on their system, you reply with "who cares? It works on mine". You seem to be interesting in making a plugin that is ONLY tailored to you and you alone, and that is fine, you have EVERY right. But you tend to play it off like you are interested in some feedback when all you do is complain and yell at people when they have any "suggestions" or "complaints" about your project.

I didn't come here to ask YOU for help, you have made it clear to EVERYBODY that you are not interested in a "community based" forum and support system. you USE a "forum" that is INTENDED to help people to help other people, and you hijacked it to spread your "It's my way or the highway" attitude. but "some" people may still have an interest in an open source community. It's not just for YOU to come here, steal another persons plugin, alter it and then make it practically unusable to EVERYBODY but yourself.

"Normal" developers do not force people to update and ONLY use "alpha" and "Beta" versions. They release "stable" versions and then give others the opportunity to use "beta". It is the PROPER format for development. If you are unwilling to LEARN proper development, you are destined to fail.

I like what you have done with another person's plugin, but if you make it unusable to people 90% of the time, what good is it? You would think as a developer, you would have an interest in feedback and making a plugin that would work for everybody. Instead, i think you just look for donations and help from everybody else to help you design a plugin that works specifically for YOU. And that is the EXACT definition of "hijacking" something.

Show a little respect to others and have some appreciation for open source software. It is NOT here ONLY for you to use and take and NOT give back. I've been a member of this community since 2005 and helped build it from the ground up, you walk in in 2011, steal some code and then try to shut down the entire concept of community development. Go get a corporate job at Apple if you are into the "my way or no way" concept but don't you even THINK of talking to me like that again. Show some respect and recognize that you are on a FORUM! One that you played NO part in building.

Yeah, you should have read my support nightmare that I had with Lunatixz a couple days ago... he was so kind enough to delete everything though so nobody else could see how pompous and egotistical he was being, basically just holding up a giant middle finger because I wanted my donor code 3 days after I sent a donation. Apparently my giving him money was too big of an inconvenience to him. For the love of god, I wasn't even asking for support, just the donor code that I paid for. If I asked for support I'd have bamboo shoots hammered under my fingernails by now in between water boardings.

He could care less about his users. Don't bother asking him for support at all, he'll just give you an attitude and treat you like crap. Lesson learned the hard way.

He doesn't understand that even though 90% of the people have issues with these betas, that he is always right, and completely ignores the community that supports him.

You are an ass. The dude does this stuff because he likes to. He didn't have to make this addon for us but he did and frankly it seems like he wastes far too much time improving things for a bunch of entitled ingrates. I just hope despite the bitching he continues development for us all.

Real nice customer support. Anyways, I don't want to complain out in the open about it, which is why I just removed my comment about it, I was hoping before others replied, but not the case. one day after you sent your donation you emailed me threatening to contact paypal and say bad things about me if I didn't send you your login... want me to post your emails.... no? then shut up! I refunded you your donation... after you couldn't be reasoned with...

Sure... if you'd like to post the 2 VERY POLITE emails that I sent the first day and second day before that with no reply from you. Hell, I even complimented you on your work and efforts. And it was 3 days, I can screenshot the paypal transaction date if you'd like to compare to my emails. But again... just being told by you to "shut up", like your usual response, so I will. You are correct, it does say 7-10 days, which I did not see. That was my mistake, and probably would have avoided the whole situation had I seen that. He could have simply told me that in the first email, instead of insulting me and treating me like crap, and I would have just said "Great, thanks!"

Quick question... Is there a common issue that would cause "Download Failed" when trying to install the plugin from the repo? I had this happen for awhile now, and just assumed it was a conflicting setting somewhere. But today I am setting up a virgin system, and first thing I did after installing Kodi 15.1 was install the repo, but still get "Download Failed" when trying to install PseudoTV Live.

I can post a log if needed, but just wondering if there's a known common issue that causes this. I was able to copy the zip from the repo using my laptop and install it via thumb drive, but not sure if updates will be an issue if it can't download from the repo.

So if The Simpsons S03E04 stops and S03E03 was before and S03E05 is after then you want information for all three, correct?

I thought that I had gotten even show distribution + custom playlist to work once but now I can't get it working again. Do these not work in combination with each other?

Correction- I do have it working on one channel, and I have five other channels set up the same way where it does not work. I have no idea why it works on one channel but not the others.
