I'm afraid there's still a lot of work remaining for the GL shaders. We only tried to solve the build failure for the GLES and then it seemed to be a matter of copy and paste to get the GLES renderer on par with the GL one. Many GLSL shaders are still not working, not to mention the GUI overdrawing issues.
