I installed 7 and have no issues. It even boots quicker than OE. /shrug
I do have my OE set up backed up in case intel ever decides to fix it, but I guess it's a blessing for me, since now I can run emulators too and have them actually work.
My picture quality is great. I'm running windows 7 ultimate. Keep in mind that you should probably download the drivers from the intel website.
