Does the Intel driver detect content-type elsewhere?
Maybe this is a question to post in your bug report.
Only tricky part is to figure out how to change the shader to have parameters to receive the correct coefficients - and that's because I haven't written Intel shaders before. For the Intel devs that should be easy.
