NewEgg now has the i3 NUC listed - $30 cheaper than what I paid via Amazon (argh!).

They apparently HAD the i5 for a little while too!
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6856102052 This price isn't much more than what I paid for the i3 on Amazon lol. I'll have one of these as soon as they stock them again for sure.
I've managed to find Gotham builds of OpenElec -> http://sources.openelec.tv/tmp/image/ (and http://xbmcnightlybuilds.com/openelec-ge...-download/) however the modprobe for the remote fails fatal as the nuvotron-cir module appears to be missing. Is there a workaround for this or have the builds simply dropped this module for some reason? Near as I can find the 3.12.0 kernel is supposed to have this module so I'm a little puzzled. Has anyone else tried to get a Gotham build working on the nuc?
Overall the Gotham build appears to be working okay for me to include the sound but I need to solve the remote issue for this to be viable.
