What is the suspend issue exactly? Suspend works here it seems?

My NUC won't show Video after flashing the BIOS from within Windows, and so far I had no Luck flashing it, with Recovery Jumper removed, etc...
I opened a Support Ticket with Intel on Thursday but have not heard back from them so far.

I have OpenELEC installed (stable 3.2.4) and whenever i shut it down either via the physical power button, via ssh with poweroff, via the android remote or using a mouse it restarts instead of shutting down.
Now if I use a keyboard, it shuts down.
Has anybody else experienced this? What would a possible solution be?
