No, go to xbmc.org and download XBMC for Windows, those are just OpenELEC links..

U could also post the Problem with HD-Audio on the first post..
If "Adjust display refresh rate to match video" is enabled in the System -> Video Settings, HD-Sound doesn´t work anymore.
Only known workaround for now is to set the GUI to 24p, it will studder a bit in the Menu´s but most Movies will work fine.
