I couldn't get (full) ubuntu to boot using UEFI (after BIOS I get no OS found) as per the first post either. I just gave it a try (want to use minimal in the end). That was following the auto installer. The ubuntu minimal doesn't support UEFI (can't believe they don't).
I have just set it up using the ubuntu minimal using old fashioned legacy mode for now.
How do I get my remote to work in ubuntu? I mean where do I place those commands found in post 1? Edit: put it in /etc/rc.local.. hope it works!
