what are your suggestion ?
I'l have windows 8 with xmbc, but I want also to be able to power on and off device and use remote control as a mouse for e.g netflix or hulu apps.
At the risk of sounding like a broken record... Any remote you want + a Flirc USB-dongle; this will let you map any button on the remote to any keyboard command. The only negative aspect would be that you need a small USB-dongle, which isn't big, though some people prefer not to have anything sticking out from their HTPC.
I don't know anything about the F10 pro, but the Harmony 650 is a very nice remote. I've been used the Harmony 300i earlier and now I use the Xbox 360 Media remote (black one)
I love the K400, but recently saw they have a new one K830 http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/product/li...board-k830
If it's similarly sized, then it might replace my K400, only drawback that may be a dealbreaker is that it uses recharchargeable battery that only lasts 10 days - you would need to charge it quite frequently.
Edit:
http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=186958 - this looks very nice, I could easily replace my current remote with this one since I never use the numbered buttons
This is the one I use, which will work without Flirc on the Intel NUC http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-360-Media-Rem...y_vg_img_y
The reason I decided to use a Flirc is because I couldn't map all the buttons - Flirc removes a lot of hassle.
