another thing:
just caught my eye that by google transcoded video files only have one audio track. I guess that's the way it is and there is nothing you can do.

So it would be nice if you could build a context menu where you can choose between transcoding and original quality. So you could quickly set it to "original" if you want to watch (usually lower quality) tv shows with your preferred audio track. At the moment you have to choose quality on each start of next episode. And if you want to watch a big Bluray Remux you can quickly set it back to a transcoded version without entering the gdrive plugin.

You can either set the prompt to appear or not appear based on the "Force Prompt" in Video playback settings You can change the preference over transcoding or never transcode. If you set the prompt to appear, you can right-click on any video and select "Play original" to bypass the prompt. Likewise, if you have the prompt disabled, you can right-click on any video and select "Play ..." to bring up the prompt.
