I have an Elgato Netstream DTT Sat tuner - which stores the channels in a .m3u file (see example below):

Does anyone know if there is any plugins for XBMC that will be able to read this file and display the live TV channels through XBMC?

Do you also have Elgato EyeTV set up? If so, you should be able to access your tuner via the EyeTV add-on: Add-on:EyeTV parser (wiki)
