having trouble with video playback on all my TV systems all my movies start to pause and stutter choppy video. my question is what is the best and cheap solution to fix this problem ?all this happens mostly went i'm in xbmc .

What gpu you got in it ?
How do you have it connected ?
What kind of audio has the source you're trying to playback ?

no gpu
connected through RGB cable directly to TV
audio is just what came with computer soundmax

Check your audio settings if it's set up correctly.
Also the source you're playing what audio does it has.
If it's DTS it would mean that your computer needs to convert it to 2.0
Your computer seems low powered and could have issues to keep up.
