Win 30 fps stuttering
#1
When I play 1080p movie with 30 fps the television is set to 60 Hz automatically which should work fine. But the video is stuttering a lot.

When playing movies with 23,976 fps the television is set to 24 hz and the movie plays smooth.
When playing movies with 25 fps the television is set to 25 hz and the movie plays smooth.

Maybe it has something to do with multiplying the frames to correspondent to 60 Hz?

What can I do about it?
