I'm hoping someone might be able to offer some info / help here. I have tried several fresh installs of Frodo from this site and when I click on file manager the program freezes. Naturally I can install no add-ons with no access. I have had to do a reboot every time it freezes the cpu. Control, Alt, F1 is my only out. I have searched forums but with no results of any like problems. I am running Ubuntu 12.04.03 on a HP with dual processors with Nvidia card. I have had no other known program amalities.
Any help / advise would be greatly appreciated. I miss my XBMC.

Start by examining your debug log (wiki) after a "freeze" to see what may have caused the condition.
