Perhaps this is something to do with all files being named in lowercase ?I can confirm it's not related to Upper case or lower case, I tried everything, even changed the extension from png to PNG nothing works, but I edited the file in PS and for now it's fine, I wondered if there is any other tools that we may not know about, I tried the mac version which is the same as windows version, the result was the same, However I will not bother you any longer, appreciate your help any way.
