Based on tip of XBMC master (a59f822e2b) and tip of OpenELEC master (b4349f977f) with the following modifications:

• Includes these newclock3 commits (except for eabf8af which I've replaced with a static spinner)
  
• Excludes the fernetmenta patches (due to conflict)
  

OpenELEC master already includes the curl SSL patch and the following confirms its presence in this build:

No curl TLS support in this build. No idea how to test it myself though (thanks popcornmix).
