OpenELEC_Gotham (Milhouse) - Version: devel-20140115184453-r17009-gd6c28f3

Based on tip of XBMC master (cfd44af, changelog) and tip of OpenELEC master (d6c28f3, changelog) with the following modifications:

• Includes newclock3 commits (except for a5460c0 which I've replaced with a static spinner)
  
• Includes PR:3546 which addresses an issue when adding a new season to an existing TV show
  
• Excludes the OpenELEC fernetmenta patches (due to conflict with newclock3)
  

This build includes several new AE commits (in newclock3 and XBMC master), plus the aforementioned PR:3546.
