Thanks to rbej, Milhouse, Popcornmix and everyone else involved. You have accomplished an amazing amount over the last two years. I never would have thought the Pi I got shortly after release would be capable of what it is today, and it wouldn't be without your hard work. We appreciate it!

If you're looking for a nice theme check out Refocus Light, a mod of Refocus Big specifically optimized for the Raspberry Pi: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=184160
Agreed. these current builds are just phenominal and you all do deserve a round of applause.
I use Aeon MQ5 on my PC which i have set just how i like it but alas its not going to stand a chance on the Pi.
The few other skins I have tried including Amber were just too slow for my liking.
I hadnt even heard of Refocus Light but I'm glad you pointed me to it.
This is a beautiful minimalistic theme that works very well on the pie. (Even better than Amber for me)
though you can see its still a WIP
mainly the poor transitions into libraries (press "Movies". Menu fades away. Background remains. Background turns black. Movie menu appears. Movie Background Loads) quite distinctly see the process but I might have a look at that because it will probably be some relatively easy xml edits to make a better transition
But i hope the DEV keeps working on this theme because it is very good on the Pi
