The Pi doesn't support TrueHD passthrough. It has to decode to (possibly multichannel) PCM.
So, leave AC3 and DTS passthrough enabled, they have no effect when playing TrueHD.

I'm afraid 96kHz/192kHz TrueHD is probably a step too far. We'll keep optimising what we can, but there will always be things that are just too much.

One of your TrueHD tracks is 12.5 Mbps. That's a pretty decent bitrate for a whole movie including video.
Note: just having that track present in the file still means it gets read (and subsequently discarded) and so adds to network bandwidth required.
