I live in Canada and want HGTV (more specifically, House Hunters, House Hunters International, etc) for my girlfriend. I got the American HGTV but it doesn't work with me being in Canada. I got 'Canada on Demand' which has pretty much all HGTV shows BUT the House Hunter shows. Is there a way I can get the American HGTV so we can get House Hunters?

Not sure how. I'm not too strong on the new technologies. Got help setting this thing up.

I haven't used them much myself, but a number of users have set them up in order to watch geo-restricted content. If you google around you'll find lots of articles and services for it. Some free, some cost like $5/m, etc.
