That's not entirely accurate. You can record all the digital channels on up to two RF channels with a dual tuner HDHR. Since he said OTA that would limit him to probably 4 total since there is usually only 1 SD subchannel and 1 HD main channel on a single RF channel. Personally, I've never found anything worth watching on the SD subchannels and wish they would get rid of them and use the bitrate for improving the picture quality of the main HD channel instead. If you're doing 7 streams with a single dual tuner unit you must be using it on a QAM cable system with a lot of subchannels on each RF channel, not 8VSB broadcast.
