Hey all,
So I have been using this box for a few months and have had no problems at all with it until yesterday. After shutting it down like I always do, now every time I go to start up my box this green man pops up and it puts me into a recovery mode. It won't seem to load the android OS. I'm not sure what's going on. I have emailed mygica support and had no response. Also, I am in Canada and cannot call China from where I am and the phone # for the US support seems to be the wrong #. Any help appreciated
EDIT: so I tried to upgrade the firmware manually as per these instructions http://www.geniatech.com/news/mx-atv1200...uction.asp and I got to install the .spi but now when I turn the box back on, all I get is "no signal" on my tv. any ideas?
