I tried latest Gotham over Toslink/optical, and didn't notice any audio sync issue with Monsters; however, no audio came in when I switched receiver to DTS (maybe that's an already known issue?). This was with 5.1 channels on XBMC. I didn't see a optical/HDMI setting in Gotham, so I assume it is now done automatically, but correct me if I'm wrong.
My bad, it's my equipment I switched to the Pandora app and there is a noticeable audio off-sync between my tv and receiver. I'll just test with my tv audio from now on.
Edit: Missed your post there Koying.

You can adjust it globally in the audio options of the playback or via advancedsettings.xml.
Yea, It hasn't done it yet on the Fire but it started today... damn =)
