When I log into ChromeOS, open a browser window and hit [CTRL-T], it opens a new tab. If I hit [CTRL-ALT-T], it opens up crosh but it doesn't recognize the "SHELL" command. Does this mean I'm in developer mode? If only I could get to the EZ setup and change the boot option.
then you're not in developer mode
You were right, I was not in developer mode. I got back into developer mode via the recovery button. Once there, I was finally able to enter the EZ Setup and change the boot options to a 30s delay. I was then able to enter OpenELEC by the keystroke [Ctrl]+[L]. I'm puzzled on how it got out of developer mode but I'm all good now. Thanks for the help Matt Devo.
