I have just run into a diskspace issue. It seems my storage partition has run full:
OpenELEC-Chromebox:~/logfiles # df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
devtmpfs 1990064 140528 1849536 7% /dev
/dev/sda6 247919 150322 93501 62% /flash
/dev/sda7 1032088 1015704 0 100% /storage
/dev/loop0 140544 140544 0 100% /
tmpfs 1991948 0 1991948 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs 1991948 5620 1986328 0% /run
tmpfs 1991948 0 1991948 0% /sys/fs/cgroup
tmpfs 1991948 8 1991940 0% /tmp
tmpfs 1991948 248 1991700 0% /var
/dev/sda12 16334 1456 14878 9% /var/media/EFI-SYSTEM
/dev/sda8 11760 24 11412 0% /var/media/OEM
/dev/sda1 9694036 1197120 7981436 13% /var/media/sda1-ata-LITEONIT_LSS-16L
I have not done too much with the system and i wonder why that is the case. If i run out of diskspace now already setup must be wrong or there is some wasted space.
Here is what i found under /storage:
drwxrwxr-x 6 1000 1000 4096 Mar 31 23:44 OpenELEC-Generic.x86_64-5.0.8
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 153415680 Jun 23 21:32 OpenELEC-Generic.x86_64-5.0.8.tar

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jun 23 21:34 tvshows
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Jun 23 21:34 videos
Most of the dirs are empty but i wonder if can get rid of the OpenELEC-Generic.x86_64-5.0.8 tar and folder?
I am also wondering if there is a way to partition better?
