assuming you're running OpenELEC, just perform a manual update as per the wiki

I'd guess it has something to do with the add-ons you have installed, which are explicitly banned here and therefore can't do anything to help. You can always do a fresh install (download/create OpenELEC install media as per the instructions on their site / the ChromeBox wiki) and go from there.
