thank fritsch, Actually my TV is real FullHD it is ok, i think my problem is about my AVR its old... But forget it, i fix the problem, just change the my TV hdmi port and just fixed now it is good with full hd

I haven't tested the dual boot Ubuntu stuff in forever, but as mentioned above it's a known issue with the default kernel shipped with Ubuntu 15.10. You can boot using the 'acpi=off' kernel boot flag and then upgrade the kernel to fix.
Thank you Matt, i will note that. Now i am fix the problem with OpenELEC. I dont need Ubuntu for now.
